We at Co-Op (“we” or “us”), respect your concerns about privacy. Legal: Co-Op and our Canadian, US and other service providers and affiliates may disclose your personal information in response to a search warrant or other legally valid inquiry or order (which may include lawful access by Canadian, US or other foreign governmental authorities, courts or law enforcement agencies), to other organizations in the case of investigating a breach of an agreement or contravention of law or detecting, suppressing or preventing fraud, or as otherwise required or permitted by applicable Canadian, US or other law.
We may transfer the information we collect on this Site to other countries other than in which the information was originally collected. The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 on the Site.

Indemnification and Release
If you have a dispute with one or more users, you release Co-Op and its affiliates from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

As a condition of your use of this Site, you agree not to use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions.
