His role at CO-OP sees him leading the charge on new business, HR, client management, and of course, making coffee (he gets lots of compliments).

Pete spent the last decade exploring the multinational Canadian advertising agency landscape working on brands like Apple, Canadian Tire, Subaru, Visa, Capital One, and The United Way. His work has been recognized by the likes of Cannes Lions, CASSIES, Strategy, Marketing, ADCCs, CMAs, D&ADs and various other short form awards. He can also play a harmonica with his nose.

James Loftus

James has more than 12 years experience in the advertising and communications industry.  His portfolio of work spans multiple categories and dozens of major brands, including: Moët Hennessy, Subaru Canada and Manulife Financial to name a few.  James once even managed publicity for a struggling actor named Brad Pitt. He currently oversees the consumer PR and experiential practice at the agency… James does, not Brad Pitt.

Anya Switzer

Anya’s belief in levelling the playing field by providing top-tier expertise and cost effectiveness for clients united her with CO-OP Advertising. Since joining CO-OP in 2013, she has led the Weed Man business in Canada. Heading up an office in Calgary, Anya enjoys views of the Rocky Mountains when she can’t escape work to carve down them.

Adam founded CO-OP in 2012 after recognizing a gap in the traditional agency model in terms of both efficiency and democratic access to top creative. CO-OP was profitable within the first 30 days and has since scored a succession of big wins and new clients with a lean, no-nonsense agency model that prizes best-in-class creative output with no frills on the business side.
